S1. General Concepts about Business Reference Books

This book is segmented into eight distinct sections. Each section (except this one) begins with a page that lists 10 optional reference works, assisting the reader in further exploring research sources other than those described in the subsequent chapters. For example, the Section II page will provide industry references. Although I have tried to correlate the list of suggested reference sources shown on the section page with the chapters from that topic area, the fit is not always close and some research sources could easily overlap. (Reference works cited in the chapters are not included in the section page list.)
