Kurt Matzler is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, University of Innsbruck/Austria. His primary research and teaching interests are in the area of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Value Management. Kurt Matzler is author of the book “Kundenzufriedenheit und Involvement” (1997), co-author of the book “Kundenzufriedenheit durch Kernkompetenzen” (1997), co-editor of four books and has published several articles in a wide variety of journals. He was visiting adjunct professor at Fairfield University/Connecticut (1998) and visiting scholar at Southeast Missouri State University (2000). He received the “Erwin-Schrödinger” grant for his research project at Bocconi University/Milan (2001).
