Translation Services

TRANSLATION SERVICES that break the language barriers!

International business means more than just translating a web site or company brochure.
To do business in another country, you must be able to communicate with the audience of that country in a meaningful way. Show that you value their culture.

Translation services
We don't just translate words. We translate meaning. We give you confidence that you will not make cultural mistakes when communicating anywhere in the world.

  • All of our translators hold linguistic degrees from major universities and have extensive experience with the subject matter they translate.
  • Written documents, regardless of their size, subject matter and turnaround time, are first translated, then edited, and finally proofread by native speakers of the target language. This team-oriented three-step process ensures consistency in content, form, and style of the translated document.
  • When translating creative materials - such as advertisements, brochures, and foreign idioms - we place emphasis on cultural adaptation, thus preserving creative content of the original document.
  • When the translation is completed, we go into the final production phase to match your original as closely as possible.

It is our job to deliver a final text to meet your specifications and deadline. There is no need to have someone else review our work. It is final when it hits your desk.

Inaccurate translations can cause embarrassment as well as a loss of prestige and credibility, and result in lost business opportunities. We have the knowledge, the experience and the professionals required to meet your translation needs.
A polished translation is error free, flows naturally, and conveys the translated message clearly and accurately. This is where our staff's extensive experience and developed techniques, standards, safeguards and procedures really make a difference.

  • Orders are received by e-mail, modem, fax, mail or courier.
  • The document to be translated is carefully reviewed to determine the subject matter, complexity, and length of the text.
  • The time and cost of translation are calculated and a price quoted to the client.
  • Once our services are contracted, a chief translator is carefully selected, with the required background and experience to best meet client needs.
  • For consistency on files requiring services on an ongoing basis, a specific team of translators and proofreaders is assigned to the client.
  • Upon completion of the first draft translation, proofreaders review the text for content and layout on the one hand, and for grammar and fluency on the other.

Quality-Price-Time Ratio:

Should you require a more accurate quote, please feel free to contact us through e-mail. We would be happy to provide you with a prompt quotation free of charge once we get a chance to analyze the document in question. Fees for translation are calculated on a per job basis.

When requesting a quote or placing an order, please provide us with a copy of the text to be translated. If similar work has been translated in the past, we strongly suggest that you attach samples of both the original and the translated texts in order to maintain consistency. Also, if available, by including a glossary of terms with their previously translated equivalents, you will help us to ensure your translations remain consistent over time.

Serving clients' needs is our raison d'Ítre, and our clients' success is our success. Client satisfaction is what keeps our company running and growing.
